Leading Legacies

In honor of Northeastern's annual celebration of Asian American Heritage Month (AAHM), I designed various social media posts, graphic collateral and posters to publicize student workshops, guest speakers, and student-led events.

I leaned into elements of tapestry and fabric elements to underscore this year's theme: Leading Legacies. The bright colors and mesh of textures weave a picture of the diverse, rich history of Asian Americans.

Weaving a Theme

Experimenting with DeepAI to moodboard theme. Used prompts like "generate logo for Asian American History Month with quilt elements"

Leaning into the bright, vibrant colors of Asian American history, using color blocking, I determined the color palette.
